SUMMARY:Fundamentals of Quality Improvement training
DESCRIPTION:ACAAA invites Community Action Agency leaders and staff members to participate in an upcoming virtual training titled  “Fundamentals of Quality Improvement\,” which is scheduled for Wednesday\, February 24\, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. Central time.  This training—subtitled “Review of QI 101: Introduction to Quality Improvement in your Organization”—is being offered by Missouri’s Jefferson Franklin Community Action Corporation (JFCAC) in conjunction with Pro Care Solutions. • All attendance fees will be paid by the Arkansas Community Action Agencies Association. \n“Do you want to achieve and sustain the highest quality of services while effectively utilizing resources and improving outcomes for the individuals you serve in your program and at your agency?” \nThis virtual two-hour training—presented by Ashley Mosier\, JFCAC’s Quality Improvement/Risk Management Director—will offer instruction on “why you should care about Quality Improvement and how Quality Improvement can support your program and your organization in reducing errors and variation\, increasing efficiency by reducing waste\, and improving the quality of services you provide to your customers by using analytical\, systematic\, and statistical processes.”  •  For more information about this training\, download a flyer here.  To register\, contact ACAAA Programs & Development Director Tamerdis Baker via email at tbaker@acaaa.org.  Deadline for registration is January 20\, 2021. \n
